Travel times vary with your suburb, time of day, roadworks and traffic. Drivers aim to arrive as quickly as reasonably possible, but pickup and journey times cannot be guaranteed.

Domestic and International pickups
Provide your flight number when booking a pickup from Brisbane Airport. Direct confirmation gives you clear instructions about where and when to meet the taxi.

Fares and payment
Metered taxi fares with in-person payment
WestSide Taxi does not advertise a fixed airport fare. Your fare is calculated by the taxi meter and applicable regulated charges, with the final amount affected by distance, travel time, traffic, tolls and relevant fees.
Cash and card are accepted in person. No online prepayment is required.
